The company

Vitriol Consult, LLC is the brainchild of Iurie Vlasov (a dashing, albeit completely modest, Moldovan national). The company first arrived on the scene in Milan, Italy as Vitriol Srl in 2006. That year, a handful of big-name clients hired Vitriol for intranet development and maintenance in Switzerland and the United Kingdom. From those humble beginnings, a team of 5 came together to develop intranet communication applications for a Swiss financial institution – a company employing some 5000. In the years to come, after signing some important  long term web-development and web-marketing project contracts, Vitriol solidified their reputation as a relevant and efficient web development company.

With time passing Vitriol started serving more and more US clients. Building on their work experience in the US, Vitriol then changed its name to Vitriol Consult, LLC, registering on February 18, 2009 in the USA. In the following months, new services such as SEO consulting were added to the specter of Vitriol Consult’s services and a new focus is placed on web-development, replacing other intranet services offered in the past.


The team

Born in the former Soviet Union and raised in a mixed Russian-Romanian family, Iurie left home at 19 to attend University Bocconi in Milan, Italy and there earned his degree in Economics and Management. After university, he pursued a career in marketing and later started his first company in 2006. Although a rather modest person, Iurie likes to boast about his vast knowledge of languages (he speaks six). He is charismatic and extremely personable, but has trouble saying no (which is not an open invitation). A chronic workaholic, Iurie has little time for himself, but does enjoy a few rounds of tennis on Saturday mornings. Clients often find him online at early morning hours (to which they exclaim, "dude, get some sleep!). Though the founder of Vitriol Consult, Iurie hates hierarchy and considers himself equal to his employees in the company. His life moto: "Everything in life happens for a reason, so enjoy it!"

Nikita Cerempei Nikita Cerempei lead designer

Nikita is … yeah you guessed right … another dashing individual bringing to the firm a long term know-how. Even before graduating from the Moldovan Technical University he started his career as a 3D designer in a local advertising agency to later work with several magazines and fashion publications doing illustration and print design. He is one of those fancy-designer-metro-sexual-dresser with a style of his own. Being 6 feet 6 high is hard to be unnoticed but doesn't have his head in the clouds. As a hard worker Nikita will always get things done before getting rest and is always ready for new tasks… Besides work you will always find him at the best events and parties in town.
